Hardcore Buddy Mode
Java mod listed for Minecraft 1.19. Downloads from the MC Java Mods app on Android.
⬇ Download on CurseForgeAfter dying in Hardcore mode, a player with start to emit particles and can be seen by firends.
If a player use a Totem of Undying on them, they will be revived.
Via gamerules an admin can determine where the player respawns
Players can be given a chance to drop a totem on death (in addition to their inventory)
Players can be set to normal specate mode via the command deadSpectate.
Totems have not been modified and function normally.
A simple mod that is serverside only thanks to its minimal feature set.
Outside of the new player drops of totems of undying, new ways to get totems are not included. It is advised to increase accessibility to them via datapacks
My hostile mob update includes many new ways to get totems and was built for this mod. It too is server side only.
