I don't know my version or loader
Open the Minecraft launcher and look at the profile you play on — it names both, like fabric-loader-1.21.4. The version also shows in the bottom-right corner of the game's main menu.
No loader in the profile name? Then it's plain Minecraft, and these mods won't run — you need Fabric or NeoForge installed first.

Nether Coords is a Fabric client side mod that provides players with easier ways of determining relative coordinates in game. Because Nether Coords is a client-side mod it works in both Singleplayer and Multiplayer and does not need to be installed on the server, just on the client.

/portal [x] [y] [z] - Get coords for a portal at a block position

/portal help - displays an in-game help message.
