Make sure beta apis are enabled on your world and you should be good to go!
How does it work?
By doing
/spawnset
you can set your spawn area for your minecraft server! By giving yourself the tag "admin" you get ignored by the spawn protection and you can do whatever you want in the spawn area. By doing
/spawnperms
You can change certain rules that happen inside your spawn.
