— REVENANTS —
Within this Add-on, after basic hostile mobs such as Zombies, Spiders, Creepers, Skeletons, Enderman + their various varriants slay the player, the mob will return to hunt the player until defeat. This system is similar to the iconic Nemesis System by Monolith Productions but instead of enemy remembering defeat, it is rather the player.
ITEMS:
This Add-on adds two new items essential to the revenant system.
Grudge Journal
—
At the beginning of the world, all players will start with a 'Grudge Journal', however, it can be crafted with a singular bone and a book in no specific shape.
The Journal is used to track all current revenants in the world; it informs the players the revenants names, current tier, and if their current status (such as if they are hunting).
Revenant Trophy
—
The trophy is achieved every time a revenant is defeated, the revenant trophy contains the name of the slain revenant and can be traded to cleric villagers.
REVENANTS:
This Add-on adds 4 types of revenants that hunt the player with a tier system. They are described as 'Echoes From The Past'.
The current 4 types of revenants are for Zombies, Spiders, Creepers and Skeletons.
Tier 1
For each mob, within Tier 1, knockback is decreased and health + damage is more compared to their regular versions. Their appearance is typically duller with few exceptions.

Tier 2
The second tier occurs when the player is defeated twice, the mob is even more deadlier and stronger. Their appearence is typically red.

Tier 3
The last tier occurs when the player is slain 3 or more times, the mobs are extremely deadly and have little-to-none knockback. Their appearance is typically white.
