Do you find Minecraft Vanilla bats useless ?

Bats Farming is a mod that adds 4 new unique species of bats to the game. They naturally spawn in the world and you can transport them in a bucket.

Build a "Bat House" to store up to 4 bats and generate resources depending on the bat type.

Find worms in farmlands by right-clicking while sneaking with a shovel and use them to feed bats.

 

This is my first mod so there could be remaining bugs but i will try to keep fixing them and updating the mod.

 

I still have a lot of ideas in mind. I plan to add :

• Configs to customize item generation and spawning biomes
• New items like bat wings, fangs and blood to craft armors, weapons, ...
• Bat breeding, taming and other mechanics

 

Mega Bat :

- Bigger bats that spawn in jungles and eat fruit like apples, glow berries, melon and sweet berries. They generate guano that is used to craft bone meal.

Noctule Bat :

- Bats that spawn in dark forests and only live during the day, they eat worms and generate flints in the bat house.

Pipistrelle Bat :

- Smaller underground bats that spawn in lush caves, they also eat worms and will generate strings.

Vampire Bat :

- Rarest bats that spawn deep in dripstone caves, they eat worms and generate coal.
