Undertale souls
The author built this one for Minecraft 26.40. On other versions it may install and then do nothing.
Souls is a Minecraft Bedrock addon where you choose one of seven unique Soul items on spawn each granting a distinct power from healing and combat buffs to passive resistance and utility effects You can hold only one Soul at a time it can't be dropped or stashed in a chest and death forces you to choose again

Omega Soul is always destroyed on death regardless of the keepInventory gamerule player gets a message when this happens base souls 35% death-drop roll is unaffected by this and continues to respect keepInventory as before
Player can now hold the soul in his left hand
