Settings Item
WATI Lens gives each player a settings item automatically the first time they join with Lens installed.
If the item is lost, it can also be crafted:

The item opens the WATI Lens settings menu, where players can configure General, Personalization and Advanced options.
Container Preview Setup
Container inventory previews are disabled by default at world level for compatibility.
To allow Lens to inspect container contents, an operator must run:
/scriptevent wati_lens:server_containers on
To disable it again:
/scriptevent wati_lens:server_containers off
To check the current status:
/scriptevent wati_lens:server_containers
This uses Minecraft’s /scriptevent command, so the world/server must allow commands or cheats, and the player running it must have operator/Game Director permissions.
After container inspection is allowed globally, each player can choose how Lens displays containers from:
WATI Lens Settings → Advanced → Container Contents
Available visibility modes:
Always
When sneaking
When not sneaking
Never
Container display style and visible slots can be customized separately from:
WATI Lens Settings → Personalization
Requirements
- Minecraft Bedrock 1.21.130 or newer.
- Script API enabled through the add-on dependencies.
- Recommended: WATI Core v3.2.0.
