It means you can send a Playerhead from a String
With this method you can send a Head Asynchron so it doesnt lag!
Here you send the Playerhead by a Player that is online
Its the same but you send it asynchron.

I have add a async and standart method, in async its load longer but the server main thread doesnt lag.

name: Playername
size: Size of the Head (recommend 8)
see: The Player that see the Head
