I made this plugin for a friend and it turned out well I guess. If you use values that don't require constant updates then it won't flicker. It also should not lag since it goes through every player at a rate of 250 milliseconds per player to reduce strain on the server.

That is the default config (if you install the required extensions with /papi ecloud download...)
Command: /reloadscoreboard - reloads scoreboard
