About
Hide and Seek is an add on for PlotSquared -- a plot management plugin -- that allows you to easily play a game of hide and seek on your favorite plots! Hide and Seek is a game where one player starts as the seeker while the rest of the players are hiders. The hiders have 30 seconds to hide before the seeker is released. After 30 seconds, the seeker tries to tag the hiders to turn them into seekers. If after the specified time all the hiders have been found, the seeker team wins. However, if all of the hiders are not found, the hider team wins.
How to Play
- Type /p hideandseek <minutes> to start a game of hide and seek on the plot you are currently standing on. <minutes> is how long the seeker will have to find the hiders before the seeker team loses.
- All players with the correct permissions standing on the plot are automatically enrolled in the game.
- If you would like to leave the game, you can: leave the plot, teleport from the plot, log off, or die.
- The hiders must hide in 30 seconds while the seeker is frozen and blinded.
- After 30 seconds, the seeker is released and must tag all hiders by clicking on them. Note: Some creative servers may have damage disabled so you will only be able to right click players to tag them instead of left clicking them.
- Hiders have blue wool on their head while seekers have red wool on their head to differentiate between each other.
- When the seeker tags a hider, they too become a seeker.
- If the seekers find all of the hiders, the seeker team wins. If the seekers are not able to find all of the hiders before time runs out, the hider team wins.
- If at any point all of the seekers leave the game, the hider team wins by default. Similarly, if at any point all of the hiders leave the game, the seeker team wins by default.

Commands/Permissions
/p hideandseek <minutes>
- Function: Starts a game of hide and seek on the plot you are standing on that will last for the specified amount of minutes.
- Alias: /p hidenseek <minutes>
- Permission: plots.hideandseek.start
- Additional Requirements:
- You must be on a claimed plot.
- You must be either the owner of the plot or trusted on the plot.
- The plot home must be set inside the plot border. You can set the plot home by doing /p home.
- There must be at least two players inside the plot to start a game of hide and seek.
- Only one game can run at a time per plot.
- Function: Stops a game of hide and seek on the plot you are standing on.
- Alias: /p hideandseek cancel, /p hidenseek stop, /p hidenseek cancel
- Permission: plots.hideandeek.stop
- Additional Requirements:
- You must be either the owner of the plot or trusted on the plot.
- Function: Lists the players in your game and their team.
- Permission: plots.hideandseek.list
- Permission: plots.hideandseek.play
Installation
To install the plugin, put it in your plugins folder and restart the server. There is no configuration needed.
