Simply Pronouns

I wanted to make a simple pronouns mod that wouldn't be dependent on local files or a minecraft server with a specific mod to be able to function. Finally I sat down and put Simply Pronouns together. Hopefully people will enjoy using this mod.

What does it do?

It displays a players pronouns under the nametag, in the game chat and in the player list.

How does it work?

By using PronounDB it retrieves the pronouns to the client making it work on any server vanilla and modded. This however only works for players who have connected their Minecraft account to PronounDB.

What is PronounDB?

PronounDB is an open source project available on GitHub.

Can I trust PronounDB?

I trust PronounDB which is why I based this mod around it. It's however your choice whether or not you want to trust it. PronounDB has my seal of approval.

Does the mod work without PronounDB?

As of right now the mod will only display pronouns of players who has their Minecraft account connected to PronounDB. This may or may not change in the future.

Can I use this mod in my modpack?

You can as long as the modpack is hosted on Modrinth or CurseForge.
