Saturating Item

A simple mod that adds 1 item, the Saturating Item.
Hold it in your hand to regain hunger and saturation. As long as you hold it in either you main or off hand you will basically stay at full hunger and saturation.
Crafted in a Smithing Table using a Netherite Upgrade Template, a Totem of Undying, and an Echo Shard. For vanilla the recipe does kind of make sense, ideally change it for modpacks.
It works by checking if the item is in your main or off hand, then if your hunger bar is not full, if it isn't it increases it by 1 per tick, and after that hunger check (as a separate check) it then sets your saturation level to match your hunger level.
This basically means as long as you hold it, your hunger and saturation are being topped off constantly. Due to this you should be healing half a heart every 0.5 seconds. You can by all means still die and it's not an instant healing item, but it will keep your hunger topped up running around the base or out on an expedition. It also deals the same damage as an Iron Sword!
Based on the Healing Axe from Extra Utilities, just probably not as good, and definitely doesn't look as good.
Yes the model and texture are nonsense, for now it is what it is.
