Elytras Plus
The author built this one for Minecraft 1.20.1 on Fabric. On other versions it may install and then do nothing.
Elytras Plus adds many brand-new elytras: one for each dye colour, plus four special elytras…
…as well as some easter eggs! Collect them all.
They can be dyed in a regular crafting table; and the craftable special ones are all shapeless recipes (but require dye combinations!)
Some of the specials require an item rename, though…
