I don't know my version or loader

Open the Minecraft launcher and look at the profile you play on — it names both, like fabric-loader-1.21.4. The version also shows in the bottom-right corner of the game's main menu.

No loader in the profile name? Then it's plain Minecraft, and these mods won't run — you need Fabric or NeoForge installed first.

Since the original authors of CEC seem to be MIA with open PRs, I wanted to continue the mods support in the current version of Create.

Create v6 support is coming next update, latest is the last bugfix for previous.

Description

This mod is an add-on to Create adding new materials to cogwheels to help with decoration and organisation

Dont worry there isn't yet another steel ingot implemented in this mod nor does it depend on any other mods that add steel. To make the mod as compatible with existing worlds as possible iron cogwheels can be blasted to turn into steel flywheels, or if steel is in your modpack then they can be crafted like any other cogwheel using steel ingots.

The recipe for regular cogwheels has been changed so that they can only be crafted with spruce planks, all recipes that use cogwheels have also been altered to accept any cogwheel type to prevent incompatibility
