Add the lepidodendron tree onto Minecraft

The author built this one for Minecraft 1.20.1 on Forge. On other versions it may install and then do nothing.

Goals

Right now only to add plants

Mobs might come of I find some one who know how to models

Do plan to support neoforge when we port to 1.21
