No Tall Flower Duping (NTFD)

I always found the mechanic of right-clicking with bonemeal on two-blocks tall flowers like sunflowers or rose bushes to duplicate them a little bit overpowered and just making any other way of making yellow dye, red dye etc… totally useless where you can just spam bones to get dyes. This really small mod aims to fix that! It just totally cancels the interaction of bonemeal on any #minecraft:tall_flowers ! This mod should work with any tall flower with any custom bonemeal interaction. Even deployers from Create or Dispensers.

-This mod needs to be installed on both client and server.

-If you want a specific plant to be duplicated with bonemeal regardless of this mod, you can just give it the tag #no_tall_flower_duping:flower_dupe_whitelist (yes its long) with datapacks or mods like KubeJS

-If you find any issue like a modded block/item that can still bonemeal tall flowers or plants that can still be duplicated, please report them instead of complaining about how much this mod is broken😥, it should be easy to fix (most of the times) 

-Fabric is not planned, but if someone would like to port this mod, i would be grateful!

-I shouldn't need to mention it, but sure you can add this mod to your modpack!

By the way, if you are reading this, YES this mod is made with mcreator, but it should not create any issue, don't worry, i tried regardless of that to make a mod the most lightwheighted possible.
