PerfectDonations is a very simple concept that is easy to understand for all. Lets begin when a player donates you can run the command "/donation <player> <item>" and it gives all online players effects and it shows the message in chat to all online players!

Regular Installation:
1 - Download the plugin!
2 - Place PerfectDonations.jar into your servers plugins folder
3 - Restart your server
4 - Edit config.yml to your liking
5 - Restart the server!
