ItemStacker
ItemStacker allows all the items on your server to stack together, no matter the stack size! One stack can hold as many items as you could imagine (even for un-stackable items!).
The plugin requires minimal configuration, with maximum effect:

mergeRange : how many blocks around an item should be merged into one stack
itemName : The format for the hologram shown above dropped items
checkForNearbyItemsEveryXSeconds : A timer will run every x seconds and check over any items that can be merged
