GrayscaleCPvP

Changes the Obsidian, Glowstone, Anchor, Crying Obsidian, Ender Crystal entity and item textures to be grayscale. Not only are they all grayscale I changed The obsidian to be like the old texture but clearner and the Anchor looks simpler too the End crystal item texture is also centerd aswell. AND the entity for the End Crystal doesnt look ugly either.
