Build your lobby and arenas with a hotbar compass, players queue on NPCs, and matches run with a lobby scoreboard, item shop, team forge, upgrades and traps, cosmetics, and an optional end-game dragon phase. One jar runs Solo, Doubles, Trios, and Quads across every supported version. Set it up in-game — there is no config file to hand-edit before you can play, and no license key to buy or activate.

Earned with tokens and equipped from the lobby Cosmetics NPC. Every cosmetic is defined in config.yml and can be renamed, repriced, or extended.

• Hypixel-style floating lobby board plus a /leaderboard GUI and chat rankings, with Solo/Doubles tabs

◆ Setup (in-game, no config editing)

1. Drop BedlamCore-0.10.92.jar into plugins/ and start the server. No key, no config to edit.
2. Op yourself and open the hotbar compass → Lobby Setup: set the spawn, place the queue / Profile / Cosmetics NPCs, then Apply.
3. Compass → Game World Setup: create a Solo / Doubles / Trios / Quads world (or use a template / import a folder), place spawns, beds, forges, shops, chests, and generators, run /bc spawnbuild for the waiting area, then Apply.
4. Players queue on the NPCs. For solo testing use /bedlam forcestart.

Primary UX is the setup compass + lobby NPCs; commands are fallbacks and admin tools.

• Spigot or Paper — one jar, no version-specific builds. Tested on 26.2, 1.20, 1.16, 1.12, and 1.8.8.
• Java 8 or newer (Java 8 bytecode).
• No license key, no online check — this is the free edition. It runs fully offline.
• Optional: Citizens (nicer NPC bodies), PlaceholderAPI (placeholders), MySQL (only if you choose the MySQL backend).

◆ Free vs BedLamPremium

BedlamCore (this resource) is free and complete — all four modes, the full match loop, 148 cosmetics, 10 leaderboards, parties, and database storage. BedLamPremium is a separate paid edition that adds more on top:

• Extra cosmetic categories — Premium adds Glyphs, Death Cries, Island Toppers, and Sprays (with a /sprays command), plus a larger Kill Effects set. Free has 9 categories / 148 items; Premium has 13 categories.
• Languages — Premium ships English, German, Spanish, and French with a per-player language picker. Free is English only.

Everything in the list above (modes, generators, shop, upgrades, dragon phase, parties, leaderboards, SQLite/MySQL, PlaceholderAPI) is in both editions. If the free edition covers you, you never need the paid one.
