💡Achievement friendly
Celestial Vigil turns the night sky into a dynamic survival event system. Instead of every night feeling the same, the moon can change—and when it does, the world changes with it.
Celestial Vigil introduces four unique celestial moons, each with its own atmosphere, gameplay effects, and level of danger. From a helpful Yellow Moon to the terrifying Apex Moon, every event gives you a reason to watch the sky.
🌕 The Four Moons
🟡 Yellow Moon
A beneficial but unusual celestial event. During the Yellow Moon, crops grow faster.
🔵 Blue Moon
A lucky night with a hidden danger. Players receive Luck I, while the world experiences a zombie surge. The number of zombies is around half of a Blood Moon, making exploration more dangerous without reaching the highest threat level.
🟣 Violent Moon
The warning sign that the night is becoming dangerous. The Violent Moon grants Luck I and introduces its own unique celestial event, creating a more threatening night for survivors.
🔴 Apex Moon
The ultimate celestial threat. The Apex Moon is the most dangerous event in Celestial Vigil, spawning a huge number of zombies—around twice the amount of a Blood Moon. Players also receive Strength I, giving them a fighting chance against the overwhelming horde.
🌌 Designed for Survival Modpacks
Celestial Vigil is designed to work alongside Ranzie's survival/infection gameplay and is compatible with some other Blood Moon-style mods, making it a great addition to zombie apocalypse, survival, and hardcore Minecraft worlds.
The goal isn't to completely replace your existing Blood Moon system. Instead, Celestial Vigil adds another layer of unpredictability to the sky, allowing different celestial events to become part of your world's survival cycle.
Watch the moon. Prepare before nightfall. Because you never know which moon is coming next. 🌙
