APPROVE! adds sneaky dwellers and scarier ones then before bassicly a remaster of the horror aspect of superheros with a little horror adds a really tall guy that has red eys, a really scary evil villiger, a creepy guy that smiles, and a wierd black monster with faces all over it and they attack you or spook you.
