Render item borders in modded storage screens. (Requires item borders)

Additionally it adds borders to vault hunters items:
- Gear items have a border based on rarity
- Jewels have a border based on rarity (can be changed to show jewel color instead)
- Trinkets have a border based their color
- Charms have a border based on their tier
