To use LevelZone You must have at least one of the following SoftDepends (AlonsoLevels, MMOCore)

To Use AlonsoLevels: Add the flag using the flag /rg <region> min-level <level>
To Use MMOCore: Add flag using flag /rg <region> min-class-level <level>
