SoundOnChat is an important chat and commands plugin for your server.
Features
* Plays LEVEL_UP sound when player joins.
* Plays ITEM_PICKUP on player chat which is cool.
* Removes weird minecraft (Player has joined the game) message.
* Removes weird minecraft (Player has left the game) message.
* Sends (Welcome to the server!) message when player joins (NOT BROADCAST).
* Perform /hub, /spawn command on player join useful for hub servers.
* /build command to toggle build on/off
* /fix command to un-ghost
