Usage:
Standing a mob spawner (use /ig give to get a mob spawner),holding item,then use /ig to set item type(with all NBT), and you can use /ig <delay> <range> <spawnrange> to configure the spawner......(check help in game with /ig help)
Command:
/ig :Main command,check help in game with /ig help
/eg :Exp spawner.
Permissions:
itemgen.use : Allows you to use this plugin.
