Mining Expansion: All Armors Incorporated

The Carria Armor Mod is expanding with a brand-new armor system designed to make mining more rewarding, safer, and more exciting.

The latest update introduces the Miner Armor, a new set of specialized armor available across Copper, Iron, Diamond, and Netherite tiers.

Each tier gives the player stronger mining abilities, better rewards, and additional bonuses as they progress toward the ultimate Netherite Miner Armor.

⛏️ Meet the Miner Armor

The Miner Armor isn't simply another set of armor.

It is designed specifically for players who spend their time underground.

While wearing a complete Miner Armor set, players gain special mining abilities depending on the armor tier.

🟠 Copper Miner Armor

A great starting point for underground exploration.

Abilities:

🌙 Night Vision while below Y=50

🍀 Fortune Level 1

🔄 10% chance for a mined ore to regenerate

Copper Miner Armor gives early-game players a useful advantage without making mining completely overpowered.

⚙️ Iron Miner Armor

An upgrade for players who are ready to go deeper.

Abilities:

🌙 Permanent Night Vision

🍀 Fortune Level 2

🔄 20% chance for mined ore to regenerate

The Iron tier makes mining more efficient while giving players a chance to recover valuable ore blocks.

💎 Diamond Miner Armor

A powerful mining set for experienced players.

Abilities:

🌙 Permanent Night Vision

🍀 Fortune Level 3

🔄 30% chance for mined ore to regenerate

With higher Fortune and a better regeneration chance, Diamond Miner Armor can dramatically improve long mining sessions.

🔥 Netherite Miner Armor

The ultimate Miner Armor.

Abilities:

🌙 Permanent Night Vision

🔥 Fire Resistance

🍀 Fortune Level 4

🔄 40% chance for mined ore to regenerate

🔥 Auto-Smelt for Iron, Gold, and Copper Ores

The Netherite Miner Armor is designed to be the final goal of the mining progression.

When mining Iron, Gold, or Copper Ore, the armor can directly provide the corresponding ingot, removing the need to take those ores back to a furnace.

🍀 Fortune System

The Miner Armor introduces a built-in Fortune system.

The higher the armor tier, the greater the potential reward from mining ores.

⚙️ Iron	Level 2	20%
💎 Diamond	Level 3	30%
🔥 Netherite	Level 4	40%

The system works across vanilla ores including:

Coal,Iron,Gold,Copper,Diamond,Emerald,Lapis Lazuli,Redstone

🔄 Ore Regeneration

Mining doesn't always have to mean permanently losing the ore.

With the complete Miner Armor set equipped, mined ores have a chance to regenerate in the same location.

The chance increases with each armor tier:

10% → 20% → 30% → 40%

When regeneration occurs, the player receives an on-screen notification showing that the ore has regenerated.

This makes long-term mining locations much more valuable.

🔥 Netherite Auto-Smelt

The Netherite Miner Armor introduces another special ability: Auto-Smelt.

When mining:

Iron Ore → Iron Ingot

Gold Ore → Gold Ingot

Copper Ore → Copper Ingot

No furnace is required for these ores when using the complete Netherite Miner set.

Combined with Fortune IV, Fire Resistance, Night Vision, and ore regeneration, Netherite becomes the ultimate mining-focused armor.

🛡️ Complete Set Required

The Miner Armor abilities activate when the player is wearing the complete matching armor set:

Helmet + Chestplate + Leggings + Boots

Mixing different Miner Armor tiers will not activate the complete-set abilities.

This means players must choose their armor tier carefully depending on how they want to approach their mining adventure.
