Commands:
/pin [pin from bot]
/adminpinbot add [Admin Name] [His Discord ID] - Adds to the list of people who will receive an administrator pin from the bot

/adminpinbot start - start discord bot
/adminpinbot stop - stop discord bot
Private message at bot - Only work in version 1.2.1 and above
