Normal Fire becomes Soul Fire

Normal fire becoming Soul fire, for the player, and placed fire

Basically thought it would be cool if Soul Fire replaced Normal Fire so, here we are now. (Now changes campfires, torches.)

Decided to make this before I slept, so the page is scuffed, but the res pack itself works :P
