As you can see this plugin is making capes with particles for players!
This plugin is really optimized and light-weight.
I tried to do my best to make it free from performance issues.
Plugin is still in development so feel free to give suggestions.

» Very easy implemention based on permissions
» Automatically turning on/off capes when using vanish
» Support Essentials vanish, SuperVanish, PremiumVanish and VanishNoPacket
» Support Bukkit/Spigot/PaperSpigot from 1.9 to 1.12
» No dependecies, feel free to use it without any other plugin!

Please note that some types of particles are disabled due to diffrent packets types. To see all available capes for this moment type: /capes list
So just for example: you want to add hearts cape for players with VIP status. All you need to do is adding "capes.heart" permission node to you VIP group.
Yep, thats it!

Green (Will be added/Never ends)
Red (Highly suggested, but may not add)
Purple (Will add if time permits)
