Hönakaynia: Splash Texts

This resource pack adds lots of custom splash texts to Minecraft! Simple, right? 😄

I originally wanted to include Mojang's official splash texts alongside mine, but that would create licensing complications. Because of that, this pack only contains my original splash texts.

If you'd like to combine my splashes with the vanilla ones for your own personal copy, here's how:

Including the vanilla splash texts

• Find the .jar file for your Minecraft version in your Minecraft versions folder.
• Make a copy of the .jar file.
• Rename the copy from .jar to .zip.
• Open or extract the .zip.
• Go to:
• assets/minecraft/texts/splashes.txt
• Copy all of the vanilla splash texts.
• Open this resource pack and find:
• assets/minecraft/texts/splashes.txt
• Paste the vanilla splash texts into the file along with mine.
• Save the file, re-zip the resource pack if necessary, and you're done!

You can now delete the copied .jar/.zip you made earlier.

Note: it says "made for an older version of Minecraft" when I load it on 26.2, but I don't know how to fix that. It still works, though!

This is my first Minecraft resource pack, and I hope to make many more in the future!
