About:

A powerful jukebox and music disc library for Minecraft Bedrock. Create custom music discs and jukeboxes using simple item tags, featuring revamped jukebox behavior and mechanics, along with a unique new block called Jukeon.

 

Add the following components to your custom juke

All Tag References

- "tag:query:is_jukebox" — Registers the block as a JukeIntegration-compatible jukebox.

- "tag:text:show" — Enables the music title display.

- "tag:particles:show" — Enables music particles.

- "tag:type:consume" — Makes the jukebox consume the music disc when played.

- "tag:volume:1.0" — Sets the default music volume.

- "tag:pitch:1.0" — Sets the default music pitch.

- "tag:drop_amount:1" — Sets the amount of the disc dropped when ejected.

- "tag:block_above_volume:0.15" — Controls volume reduction caused by blocks above the jukebox.

- "tag:lava_pitch:0.7" — Sets the pitch while the jukebox is in lava.

- "tag:lava_volume:0.5" — Sets the volume while the jukebox is in lava.

- "tag:water_pitch:0.75" — Sets the pitch while the jukebox is underwater.

- "tag:water_volume:0.6" — Sets the volume while the jukebox is underwater.

 

Custom music discs can use the following tags

- "name:<display_name>" — Sets the name displayed when the disc starts playing.

Jukebox & Jukeon Behavior Under Different Conditions

Due to major changes to the jukebox, mechanics such as playing music underwater and in lava have been removed from the jukebox and transferred to the new Jukeon block.

Jukeon can play music underwater and in lava, but with a major improvement over the original jukebox: its volume and pitch can dynamically change depending on the environment, including whether it is submerged in water or lava.

Additionally, unlike the jukebox, Jukeon is not significantly affected by other surrounding blocks. Blocks other than water, lava, or their flowing variants do not cause muffling or severe sound reduction. This preserves one of Jukeon's key strengths.

Does using this library cause any issues, and does it have any licensing restrictions?

No. There are no known technical issues with the library, and it has no licensing restrictions that prevent you from using it. You only need this library as an API to add custom music discs and jukeboxes through tags. It does not violate any rules or create licensing issues. However, redistributing or using files and assets that are part of this addon or its content without permission is strictly prohibited and may be subject to enforcement.

 

Does this addon require cheats, Beta API, or any experimental features to work?

No. This addon is fully achievement-friendly and works perfectly in Survival mode without requiring cheats, Beta APIs, or any experimental features.

 

Which languages are supported?

Every response and feature is fully localized for all 28 Minecraft in-game languages.

 

Does it support all music discs?

Yes. All music discs can be played flawlessly, including both vanilla and custom music discs. The only known limitation affects three of the newer discs: the text displayed underneath when inserting the disc is not currently supported for either vanilla or custom versions. This is a known issue that can be fixed in a future update.

 

Are the crafting recipes available for all wood types?

Unfortunately, not yet. Currently, only some of the older wood types are supported. However, this is fully fixable and can also be changed or expanded for your own addon.

 

Can this addon be used on multiplayer servers, and can more than one player use it at the same time?

Yes. It works on multiplayer servers and is designed to support multiple players using the jukebox mechanisms simultaneously.

 

Will this addon receive regular updates?

There is no definite answer yet. Future updates will depend on community interest, demand, and the feedback this addon receives.
