Builder Tools

Builder Tools is a feature-rich, all-in-one building plugin for Paper servers. It gives you everything you need to create, shape, and manage builds without needing WorldEdit or any external dependencies. Just drop it in your plugins/ folder and go.


Features:

• GUI Menu System — Type /builder (or /b) to open a clean, organized GUI with categories for every tool. No more memorizing commands.
• World Edit Tools — Full selection system (/bpos1, /bpos2), copy, cut, paste, undo/redo, fill, walls, floor, ceiling, drain, stack, rotate, flip, expand, contract, shift, and gradient generation.
• Brush System — 9 brush types: sphere, cylinder, smooth, erode, overlay, scatter, flat, raise, and lower. Select with /bbrush <type> <size> [block] then right-click to paint.
• Image to Blocks — Drop a .png or .jpg into plugins/BuilderTools/images/ and use /bimage place <file> to convert it into colored wool blocks in-world.
• Schematic System — Save, load, list, and delete schematics with /bschem. Share builds with other players or back up your work.
• World Borders — Create custom elliptical borders with invisible glass collision effects. Players get pushed back and see a temporary glass wall when they hit the edge.
• Math-Based Generation — Generate spheres, pyramids, domes, cones, and torus shapes with /bgenerate.
• Physics Toggle — Disable physics in a region so sand, gravel, and other gravity-affected blocks stay floating.
• Layer Locking — Lock specific Y-levels to prevent accidental edits. Great for protecting floors and ceilings while building.
• Per-Block Light Control — Set exact light levels in your selection with /blight <level>.
• Async Block Placement — Large operations spread across multiple server ticks to prevent lag spikes.
• Build Presets — Quick-build categories (Basics, Water, Farm, Unique) available from the GUI.
• Full Undo/Redo — Up to 50 undo steps (configurable) so you never lose work.

Installation:

1. Download BuilderTools-1.2.1.jar
2. Place it in your server's plugins/ folder
3. Restart or reload the server
4. Type /builder in-game to open the main menu
5. All commands require op by default — configure permissions as needed

Commands: Type /bhelp for a full list, or use the GUI.


Permissions: builders.use (basic commands), builders.admin, builders.border, builders.schematic, builders.image, builders.physics, builders.bypass — all default to op.


Requirements: Paper 1.20+ (tested on 1.21.1). No external dependencies.
