To use the Wind Boots, you need to craft it by placing four Breeze Rods in the Crafting Table. After putting it on, You can jump three blocks by pressing the jump and sneak buttons simult aneously.Then you will jump three blocks in the same way as the wind charge when you throw it.
When you get the Wind Bot, it's like having an infinite wind charge, but at a lower cost.
