🪓 AutoTreeChopToggleItem

AutoTreeChopToggleItem is a lightweight Paper/Spigot plugin designed to streamline tree-chopping toggles for your players. It places a locked, unbreakable Netherite Axe into the last slot of a player's hotbar, serving as an interactive toggle switch for the AutoTreeChop plugin.

Designed with cross-platform servers in mind, it provides seamless support for both Java and Bedrock (Geyser/Floodgate) players!

✨ Features

• 🔒 Locked Hotbar Slot: The toggle axe automatically resides in the 9th hotbar slot (slot index 8).
• 🛡️ Inventory Protection:
  • Cannot be dropped, moved in the inventory, dragged, or used in crafting.
  • Disabled block breaking to prevent accidental usage.
  • Kept on death so players never lose it.
• 📱 Bedrock / Floodgate Ready:
  • Option to restrict the item exclusively to Bedrock players connected via Geyser/Floodgate.
  • Built-in 300ms cooldown to suppress double-click bugs common with Bedrock client packets.
• ⚠️ Smart Hotbar Management: If a player's 9th slot is already occupied, the plugin will gently prompt them to free up the space before handing out the axe.
• 💾 State Persistence: Player toggle states are saved instantly to data.yml across server restarts.

Commands

• /atcaxe give [player] – Gives the toggle axe to a player.
• /atcaxe remove [player] – Removes the toggle axe from a player.
• /atcaxe toggle [player] – Toggles the axe presence for a player.
• /atcaxe reload – Reloads config.yml and data.yml.

Permissions

• atcaxe.admin – Allows access to the /atcaxe command (Default: OP).
