Most survival games now keep the player visible to others even if the player is offline to make you able to take every item you can get to during things like raids. This plugin adds this mechanic to Minecraft, making the player sit down when they log off and go into a "Resting" state. As long as the player is offline his/her inventory is accessible to anyone that can get to the body.
Custom Script API can be found HERE
ToDo:
- Fix OfflinePlayer entity sometimes being inside the block it is resting on
- Spawn OfflinePlayer entity even if plugin wasn't loaded last time the player was online
- Make it possible to steal from player if online but still resting
A few side notes:
- This plugin is functional but is still in development so expect some bugs
- The more entities (ie. Players/Mobs) the server has to keep track of, the more resources it will have to use
- If you have any suggestions or find a bug, please report it to me in the plugins thread
Known Issues:
- OfflinePlayer entity sometimes ends up inside the block it is resting on
