The author built this one for Minecraft 1.20.1 on Forge. On other versions it may install and then do nothing.
This mod is designed to do one thing and one thing only: Efficiently stop XP orbs from ever spawning in the game world, effectively removing XP and orb entities from considerations of gameplay, efficiency and lag.
