Shroomtopia!
🍄 Shroomtopia adds a whole new layer of survival gameplay by introducing 15+ real-world mushrooms into Minecraft!
Explore forests, groves, swamps, and more to discover unique species that can be picked, cooked, and eaten. But beware: not every mushroom is safe! Some are nutritious, while others can cause Mushroom Poisoning or even Severe Mushroom Poisoning depending on the species.
✨ Features:
- 🌲 Natural habitats – mushrooms spawn in biomes that match their real-life environments.
- 🔥 Cooking system – some mushrooms become safe when cooked, while others stay poisonous no matter what.
- ☠️ Poison mechanics – risk eating the wrong mushroom and face debuffs, health drain, or worse.
- 💉 Antidotes – craft life-saving cures like N-Acetylcysteine injections or a simple Bowl of Charcoal.
- 🧺 Mushroom Basket – gather and store your finds while foraging in the wild.
- ⭐ Rare premium mushrooms – special varieties that restore more hunger and saturation.
This mod makes mushroom hunting immersive, risky, and rewarding - perfect for survival players who want more challenge and realism in their world!
As always, I recommend the JEI mod for the recipes. Will surely be useful!
If you wish to use this in a modpack, feel free to do so!
