FakeBungeecord
This plugin adds the Proxy Commands, "Servers" and seperated chats / player lists to your server. A server is a world, that means you can rename servers by renaming the world. 
To set where the player spawns in the server, use the vanilla command /setworldspawn.

BungeeSigns
With BungeeSigns you can make signs that teleport to other servers (worlds). To do so, you must have the permission (below).
