Ever felt like finding loot chests was too easy? Just break it open and grab everything? Sea of Chests changes that completely by adding a locking system to naturally generated loot chests, forcing you to think twice before smashing that chest with your pickaxe.
Key Features
- Any chest or barrel with loot tables gets locked automatically
- Visual lock indicator shows which chests are secured
- Locked chests can't be opened normally or connected to other chests
Unlocking Station
- Place your locked chest above the station
- Insert a lockpick and watch the unlocking process
Lockpicks & Tools
- Craftable lockpicks are consumed when unlocking chests
- Magnifying Glass lets you peek inside locked chests without opening them
Risk vs Reward
- Breaking locked chests destroys about 30% of the items inside
- Remaining items scatter everywhere
