This is the best anti bot method by far to prevent mass spam bots from flooding your chat i use this on 6b6t.org and spam bots are basically gone now
http://whitelist.6b6t.org/ how it works is if your username isnt whitelisted and you talk or run a command you get kicked and if your whitelisted you dont very simple to setup works with basically no issues this is done via a webpage instead of ingame as ingame captchas never work and will never work theres always a easy bypass to ingame captchas i highly recommend using this with bot sentry in a bungee config where this is on the main server and then bot sentry is on bungeecord combined no bots will get in
