A fair warning I wrote this when I had hardly any sleep so please report if there are any bugs, I think I have caught all of them but let me know if any issues arise. When setting up the plugin please create a directory in the plugins folder called "PexConverter" and move your permissions file into the directory and rename it to "config.yml".
