What does Tags?
Tags is just a little API to manage the players tag (The name above the players head). If you are not a developer and non of your plugins needs Tags, you don't have to continue redaing
How do I use it?
Download Tags.jar and add it to your Java-Buildpath. Then you can use this method to change a players name:
'player' is the player whose name will be changed. 'tag' will be his name (if it's longer then 16 chars, it will be shortened). And the 'receiver' is the player who can see the name change.
