Adds auto planting when tilling and seed bags for easier planting

This is an addon for TerraFirmaCraft that adds some QOL features for farming.
Adds a features for crops in your hotbar to be auto planted when you till soil.
Adds seed bags that plant seeds in a 3x3 area. Seed bags are crafted from 9 seeds.
