Aura: Skills & Abilities
The author built this one for Minecraft 1.21.1 on NeoForge. On other versions it may install and then do nothing.
Codex is a progression RPG mod built around skills + abilities.
You level up through gameplay, earn points, and build your character with passive stat upgrades and active combat abilities, all managed through an in-inventory panel and a dedicated skill book UI.
• Skill and ability progression systems with level-based scaling
• Earn progression through combat and leveling
• Spend Skill Points on passive stats (health, armor, speed, luck, knockback resistance, etc.)
• Spend Ability Points on active abilities (movement, utility, defense, and offense)
• Upgradeable abilities with per-ability ranks, cooldowns, and scaling
• Ability HUD with cooldown display and quick-access keybinds
• In-inventory integrated Skills/Abilities panel + Skill Book screen
• Toast notifications for level-ups and point gains
• Brewing support for Codex potion effects (including Ability Power)
