Adds Devil Fruit Item Timers for the DEVIL FRUIT ITEM

Open the Minecraft launcher and look at the profile you play on — it names both, like fabric-loader-1.21.4. The version also shows in the bottom-right corner of the game's main menu.
No loader in the profile name? Then it's plain Minecraft, and these mods won't run — you need Fabric or NeoForge installed first.

Core Features
- Devil Fruit Expiration System - Devil Fruits now have a configurable timer that starts when picked up or spawned
- Automatic Pool Return - Expired fruits are automatically returned to the world's Devil Fruit pool, preventing hoarding
- Warning System - Players receive chat warnings before their fruits expire
Items
- Juno - A special item that permanently protects a Devil Fruit from expiring
- Crafted with: Nether Star + Netherite Ingot + Book
- Hold in one hand, Devil Fruit in the other, and right-click to bless
- Has enchantment glint effect
Visual Features
- Tooltip Timer - Devil Fruits show remaining time in their tooltip
- Color-coded: Green (safe) → Yellow (warning) → Red (critical)
- Permanent fruits show "Permanent" in purple
- Floating Timer Display - Dropped Devil Fruits show a real-time countdown above them
- Visible from up to 16 blocks away (configurable)
- Shows "Permanent" for Juno-blessed fruits
- Shows "No Timer" for fruits that haven't been initialized yet
Configuration Options
Expiration Settings:
- enableExpiration - Toggle the entire system on/off (default: true)
- expirationTimeMinutes - Time before expiration, 1-10080 minutes (default: 30)
- warningTimeSeconds - When to show warning, 10-300 seconds (default: 60)
Visual Settings:
- enableDroppedTimer - Show floating timer above dropped fruits (default: true)
- droppedTimerRenderDistance - Render distance for floating timer, 4-64 blocks (default: 16)

- Expiration persists through dropping, picking up, and storage
- Works with
/givecommand and chest transfers - Compatible with Mine Mine No Mi 0.10.10+
- Requires Minecraft 1.16.5, Forge 36+
