Compact Machine Rooms Enabler

Automatically registers the Basic Room Templates datapack and all Compact Machines jei subtypes, removing the need for KubeJS or custom scripts.

The author built this one for Minecraft 1.21–1.21.1 on NeoForge. On other versions it may install and then do nothing.
