Adds flower stacking along with some new flower variants

Allows you to stack all small flowers up to four, alongside adding some new flowers. Brings back the rose from 1.6, with a new texture and new variants. Adds dusk variants of most flowers as well, these have a small chance of replacing the flower they are a variant of and have opposite colours of them.
