Improved tools & items (1.15.x - 1.17.x)

The textures shown in the images are not the only textures in the pack, in total there are 542 textures divided between blocks, items, entities, etc.

This texture pack improve a lot of textures to my personal style and taste.

Please let me know of any errors, no matter how minimal.
