Adds a climbing pick allowing players to hang and pull up from blocks.

The author built this one for Minecraft 1.21.1 on NeoForge. On other versions it may install and then do nothing.

Adds a climbing pick allowing players to hang and pull up from blocks. Right click and hold to hang the release to pull up, pressing shift while using the pick will allow you to drop with out pulling up.

One of these days I'll redo the animations.
